Carl E. Ames, President
Carl brings over 30 years of extensive background in all phases of the construction industry, including construction financing, building, quality control, homeowner walk-through and warranty service. Carl's past experience includes customer service and quality control with J.M. Peters Co., Director of Warranty Service with Shea Homes and Baldwin Homes, and San Diego Branch Manager with a temp service.
After graduating from college with a degree in Business / Real Estate, he obtained a position with Pacific Savings & Loan in the Construction & Home Loan Department, where he was soon promoted to Loan Department Area Manager. Carl went on to establish his own mortgage and escrow companies in the Orange & Riverside County areas.
The experience that Carl has gained over his lifetime, being involved with family, associates and developers in the construction industry, has helped him develop a service-oriented view of business.
Dauna Cerulli, VP Operations
Dauna's Cerulli, through direct experience and education, has been focused upon construction management. Exposed at an early age to collections, workers' compensation filing, accounting and hands-on construction working for her father's company, Ames Masonry & Fireplaces, Dauna has been featured in Home & Gardens Magazine for her masonry work. She eventually managed all business aspects of the Ames office. Later, Dauna worked as a Sales Representative for Futura Enterprises, selling & installing pre-fab fireplaces.
For many years, Dauna managed C. E. Ames, Inc., which was originally a temp service provider for local national builders, such as KB Home, Centex and DR Horton. Now, as VP of Operations for C. E. Ames Construction, Inc., she manages all aspects of the daily operations, ensuring the highest level of professional services to builders and homeowners.
